Re: Model of Care for COVID-19 in Primary and Community Care

Following on from an email sent in mid-June which informed you of no changes to the Model of Care for Primary and Community Care until 1 October 2023, we have reviewed the guidance documents for both Primary Care and Pharmacy to reflect this service continuation. Note there are no changes to the service funding or Model of Care for this period.
