Payment/ Refund Policy

How to pay:

Payments may be made by credit card, online banking or cheque to PMAANZ . The prices indicated on the website are in New Zealand dollars, any bank transactions fees are at the purchasers cost.

For those outside New Zealand paying by credit card:

"The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed."


Membership of PMAANZ is subject to meeting the membership criteria as laid out in the membership leaflet and application form , full payment of membership fees and joining fee and receiving written confirmation from the National Executive. Your membership is not deemed valid until these criteria are met. Should you cancel your membership before the membership is confirmed in writing by PMAANZ, the membership fee will be refunded in full excluding the joining fee.

Membership is not transferrable except for Corporate Members where the membership may be transferred from one nominated member to another within the same organisation. This must be requested and confirmed by PMAANZ in writing with the application form filled in and the membership criteria adhered to.

Cancellation of membership

If a member cancels their membership before the 12 month membership period ends, the unexpired portion of their membership is non-refundable.

Members Only Purchases

Educational Material

PMAANZ sale of educational material requires full payment before the goods will be dispatched via courier to the purchaser. The cost of handling and delivery is additional to the cost of the goods. Once the goods have been dispatched, no refund is offered. Change of mind does not warrant a refund and the goods are not to be on sold or copied in any way, this requirement is a term and condition of the sale of the goods.

If the goods arrive damaged, then the PMAANZ administrator must be contacted by email advising of the type of damage within one week from the date of receipt of the goods. If it is agreed by the
administrator or the executive that a replacement is warranted, then this will be sent out within a week of the original goods being received by PMAANZ at the Postal address below.

Online e-learning

PMAANZ sale of online e-learning modules requires full payment before the PMAANZ member will be able to join the online e-learning session.

PMAANZ undertakes not to give members' details to any individual or organisation except bona-fide direct mail businesses for the purposes of PMAANZ itself communicating with its members. This might include PMAANZ sending offers from or on behalf of businesses targeting our members.
