This role will be part of the Training Team and will support our customers through product training, customer support and implementation. This is a hands on role which requires common sense, initiative and get up and go attitude. You are a team player, flexible to undertake tasks as required and have the ability to juggle a multitude of tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train customers on Medtech suite of software products
  • Planning and development of training programme
  • Development and maintenance of training manuals
  • Primary contact for all training enquiries
  • Facilitate user groups for customers
  • Development of e-learning modules

Skills and Experience

  • At least 4 years' experience in a primary healthcare setting
  • Proficient user of Medtech32
  • Flexible working style in a changing and fluid environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to multitask and work with a strong service ethic
  • Ability to communicate well and maintain strong relationships with others

Complete HR - Practice Manager

Our client is after an experienced Practice Manager to take the helm and control of their busy 6 doctor medical centre serving 7000 patients based in the lovely town of Tuakau. They are after a person to lead, motivate and manage the centre which is a teaching, supportive and collaborative environment. The position is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.

You will be responsible for managing the majority of non-medical tasks in the practice including the following:

Reception management – managing a team of 8 – 9 people

General office management

Patient management and confidentiality

Business management activities for the practice

PHO management

Claims management

Internal communications

Compliance management

You will be a person who has energy and drive to make a difference and will not be afraid to help out where required. You will be a strong leader who enjoys being part of a close knit team.
