First and foremost, I am excited and appreciative to have been elected to the PMAANZ Executive. I have now completed my first year on the Executive, I have learned a lot around the Education Portfolio Role and I am excited about developing the opportunities for the KASF further.
I have been the Practice Manager of Tawa Medical Centre and Linden Surgery for eight years. I am a past Chair of the Wellington Branch of PMAANZ. I stood for the Branch Chair position because of the support I received from fellow PMAANZ members.
Being a Practice Manager is both a rewarding and a challenging position. Through my PMAANZ membership I have developed a great network of bright and talented individuals. This has provided me with a brilliant support system to share information on new technologies and the latest education within our industry.
PMAANZ is a network which we can all utilise to share information on processes and systems that will assist all of us in delivering effective and efficient services.
I hope that my experience and knowledge will be of use to my fellow PMAANZ members throughout my time in this role.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me, I am best reached on my email.
I look forward to PMAANZ continued growth and development as a support network for its’ members nationwide.
Best wishes to you all for 2017!
